RTM, LLC (“RTM,” “RapidTesting Miami,” “we”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website, clinic finder, text messages and related services (the “Services”), how we use and share it, and the choices you have. Health information you give us is also covered by our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices. Details of each consent on our forms are in our Messaging Terms & Consent Details.
We share personal information only as follows:
Some partner clinics and research facilities pay RTM for featured placement, referrals or promotions. We do not sell your personal information.
We do not sell your phone number, and we do not share mobile numbers or text-messaging opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is shared only as described above, when you choose those options, or with providers that deliver our messages. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.
We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit, access controls and audit logs. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described here, and keep records of your consents for at least five years.
Some content and tools on the Website are provided by third parties, which may use cookies, web beacons or similar technologies to collect information about your use of the Website.
Our Services are not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. People aged 13 to 17 may use the clinic finder to receive clinic results and to be connected with a clinic (Florida law allows minors to consent to STD testing and treatment). We do not send marketing messages to anyone under 18 and do not accept research authorizations from anyone under 18; those options are hidden and ignored for younger users.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to be informed, to access, correct or delete your information, and to restrict processing. California residents may have additional rights. See our HIPAA Notice for your rights regarding health information.
We will post any changes on this page with a new “Last updated” date. If we make material changes to how we use information you have already given us, we will notify you and, where required, ask for your consent.
